The guy who runs the place is really friendly.  We made reservations a couple of days in advance with no credit card number needed.  He wasn't there when we arrived, so we went right to our spot.  I had to track him down the next day to pay him.  The campground is a basic gravel lot, and the utilities worked fine. It's not a charming location and its very close to business US 64 which has a lot of truck traffic at night.
