Terrible management! We had to cancel due to motorhome damaged by accident. Representative told me only credit good for a year only. I explained we wouldn’t use it. She checked with her boss and if I furnished the accident report as proof they would refund. We’ll the campground manager refuses to honor the commitment!!! Buyer beware check other reviews this is not a nice place!

Great camping on the Saco river

We loved this campground! We had a large site in the back corner, and stayed with our friends in a tent on just one site! The river is really great, you can take a short walk to the pavilion and put a tube in and float the river back around to the beach area. We did it 4 times!

Great river access

I was nervous when we arrived and the site layout. Seemed so close. The staff and guests at the this campground were so incredibly nice. People to our left and the ones behind us were annual vistors to this campground. We are new to Rving it was refreshing to be around such nice people. I originally booked the wrong size site for our camper, I called and they were very nice and changed to a site that would accommodate. It is so close to the outlets and really anything that you need.

Good river access

This was a last minute add for a group of four large campers so we had to make do - we were in the “safari” area and it was super hot - not the greatest, but - good river access so we were in the water for hours at a time. Kids had activities even with covid restrictions. Strict with camp fire hours. Clean sites and bathrooms.

Absolutely beautiful and serene

We had a recent trip here, and boy was it peaceful and relaxing. We had a couple of children with us so that was as rowdy as it got. I will add some photos. They had an adorable mining station for the kids at the front and it was a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed it there.

We will most certainly be going back. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved our stay here.

thank you.

Nice campground

This was a nice campground. It was right on the Saco river. We tubed on the Saco river and it was like a lazy river. So nice and relaxing. Everyone there was very friendly. They have bike rentals, disc golf, ping pong table, outside big chess game, pool,

outlet shopping was near by, near by historic sites, like kangamangus Highway, diana’s Bath, cathedral ledge, we went atv riding,

very nice quite family oriented campground

Friends trip!

I used to go to the saco river every summer and would camp here and one other pace. This is fairly priced especially if you go with a big group. The camp ground is really spacious and offer pretty much all the amenities that a family would need. So young and old folks will be able to share in the fun and excitement.

The camp sits on the saco river and offer swimming, canoeing, rope swinging and fishing depending on when you there. Most often people float the saco. In rafts, tubes, canoes what ever you can float on. They offer shuttles right from the camp ground that will pick you up and drop you off on the river. Most of the campgrounds on the saco do offer shuttles similar. Grab your beer and a flotation device and your ready to go. It also sits at the foot of the white mountains....So if your trying to get you 4000' footers on your good to go. Make sure you bring a beer for the top of the mountain.

Cheers!
