Eagle Valley Resort
Stayed here in July for a family trip. Rented a small cabin for my mom and adult sons and an RV space for myself and husband. The cabin was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The rest of the park, not so much. Most of the spaces were filled by permanent residents in mostly run down trailers and spaces full of trash and other “stuff”. Dogs and cats were wandering with no leashes. The spaces were small and overgrown with weeds. The picnic tables were falling apart, warped with peeling paint. The bathroom’s were clean but the fixtures were old and mismatched. The store seemed well stocked and actually affordable. The bar was dingy but had a lot of character. The park was for sale so I assume they weren’t interested in maintenance. I’m glad we only paid $25 for the site with the Passport America membership but the $90 for the cabin seemed like a lot. It did allow us to all be together so that bumped up the stars.
