BLM dispersed camping west of Valley of Fire
Reviewed Feb. 4, 2023

Close to the park and easy to find a spot

Stayed here the first few nights in February 2023, the road was easily passable even in a sedan, no worse than any country dirt road! Only trash were the stray piece of glass. It’s very open so it gets windy in a tent. Also a plus for me, there were enough other campers that I felt safe as a woman camping alone but wasn’t so busy that you couldn’t have privacy.
