Description
The Bitterroot National Forest clearing near the Continental Divide sits just off Gibbons Pass Road at elevation—roughly equidistant between Chief Joseph Pass and Gibbons Pass. A short spur off the main road opens onto a wooded turnaround with a fire ring and a supply of stacked wood. The domed center of the turnaround makes leveling straightforward, though the limited space keeps it unsuitable for larger rigs; a weak Verizon signal reaches the site.
