We’ve been staying since may
We’re still here and love it!
We’re still here and love it!

This is an older RV park and campground, and the age shows. We spent several nights here due to engine problems with our tow vehicle. The sites are level, and there is plenty of shade. (One advantage of being an older park.) But everything is just a little run down. The sites are gravel and close together do not much privacy. They come with water, sewer & electric. There is a pool (closed when we were there), playground, mini golf, a lake, game room, laundry and a small store with basics. The bathroom and showers were clean, but dated. Not all facilities were in working order. Two of 6 washers were out of service, one bathroom stall was out of order, pot holes in the road. There are also cabins, and RVs available to rent. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from I-44 and there are a lot of excess lights kept on all night long. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Many of the sites are occupied be semi-permanent residents. They have internet, but it is weak and spotty. Saturday night they had a band making noise for 3 hours!

Great Quiet Fair priced.
Stayed here for a quick weekend away. Facilities were nice and clean, and staff was very friendly. Mini golf, activity room with a pinball machine and pool table. A band played on Saturday night at the pavillion but unfortunately it was very cold and we didn't stay long. Sites were a little cramped, but we had a nice view of the pond. We were close to the playground though, which had bright lights at night and loud kids - I would avoid that area next time.
staying one night in my van cus the state park nearby was full. kinda expensive-paid $44 for a waterfront site w electric and water hookup. playground, laundry, showers. highway noise. sites are close together. not much privacy. well lit. office also serves as general store, firewood $6 per bundle. closes at 8pm. big park.
BEWARE !!!! If you have a reservation here and have an emergency in route, they require FIVE (5) DAY NOTICE, to cancel. They will not refund your site fee, $63.36 per night!
Now, EVERYONE, plans an Emergency FIVE DAYS ahead!!😤
The campground staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There are activities for kids, great facilities and overall we had a lovely stay!

Tad bit pricey, nice nice and up kept. Garbage cans all over to use. Big and spacious. Would reconmend

We go every October for Halloween It is tight you need to reserve a premium spot for a little room Staff and owners are great lots to do for the kids. Lot of campers there that are weekend getaways for people rest the space for the year

Stayed over the weekend for our final trip of the season, great staff and facilities here. They really do pack in the campers though, extremely crowded and tight. The family atmosphere was incredible here, lots for the kiddos to do in this park. A little too crowded for us empty nesters.
Nice little lake to fish in and areas to walk around in.

I can not say enough good about this campground. Our 6 month stay was absolutely wonderful we had no issues whatsoever. The staff is great and the amenities were top notch. We travel the country and this is on of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. Thank you pinoak creek. We will be back to stay again. If your in the area I recommend them highly
We stayed here for a weeksatellite at the end of June. Spaces are tight but the overall camp ground is decent. Nice pool and an arcade area with plenty of room to hangout inside. There is a pond with some decent sized fish in it. A lot of the campground has good tree coverage but if in the right spot you would still be able to use tv.

A nice private catch and release pond, an old little mini golf setup, a small (but adequate) swimming pool kept the kids busy. About 45-50 minutes West of downtown STL, it was close enough to do “city things,” but far enough out that it felt like camping. The real gem is the little town of Washington about 15 mins away which has great restaurants and an awesome ice cream place. We also found a place nearby that rented tubes and kayaks for floating down the Meremec River. The spots are I think a little close together, but, while the facilities are older, they are pretty well-kept.

Stayed there for a week last summer. Sites at the back of the property are large. Sites in the middle seemed more crowded. Facility was clean, owners and staff were friendly. Fishing pond was a blast for the kids!
