Not a campsite, but you can rent picnic tables. Main attraction is a big sandy beach that doesn’t even feel like MO, it’s more like the Atlantic shore. The park is close to Branson and a state park, not far from all the huge parks along the AK border, so you can find camping nearby if you want to use this park for day use (the only option here).
