Early season, this campground is pretty quiet with a lot of big lots for camping. The best spots are around #11, where there's a great view of a pond and bluffs, and a nice tree for shade. This is conveniently located off the Katy trail. The road in the campground is newly paved and the drop toilets are nice. There's plenty of spots for parking.

One other really cool thing about Klondike is there are several technical mountain bike sections that are located in the park. Bring your mountain bike and have a go! It's also a great campground for a stayover if you are bikepacking the Katy Trail!!
