Great location from airport
Nice campground and great staff. Trains nearby can be load with their horns but it's close to airport which was necessity for me.

Just 30 minutes to downtown Kansas City and maybe 15 minutes to arrowhead stadium, this campground is ideal for being close to everything that Kansas City offers. Full hook ups, concrete pads, showers and laundry.
Great little spot right in downtown Indep. Only drawback is all the sirens, all night and day. And the manager of the campground is fairly rude. He has asked me no less than three times what I was doing here. Been here over a month and he still stops me every chance he can to ask why I’m here…other than those two things it’s a great little place!
$50. ONE OF THE BEST OF THE BEST! Concrete paved site. Easy convenient no-stop registration when you make your reservation. Modern, very clean shower/toilet facility.
The spaces are smaller although it is in a nice area where it’s shady.
The campsite itself wasn’t private but was kept up descent. Should consider putting a fence up. Bathrooms however and showers were very nice and clean
We were going to local fair, Santa Caligon. It was close and have a great view of this crazy church. It is close to downtown Independence, for local shopping and food. We already booked out place for next years event. It has full hookups and that's about it. there is a very clean shower house and bathroom.
Only stayed one night, didn't use facilities other than the site.
Level, easy back in. Well maintained. Friendly greeter cat
3 nights here. Centrally located, great views, lovely staff, laundry and restroom facilities were good also. We stayed in the site right by the office and facilities. Good hookups that worked and WiFi worked very well. Would definitely return.
First off, the water in Independence MO top 10 in the world over time, and in #3 currently.
Great friendly staff. Level concrete sites. We’re in #22 - with wifi access point right here. 66m down, 24m up. It was so good (and the park is full) I did not bother testing my mobile plans
Nice and quiet ( on big church campus) - occasional train but not often enough to be a nuisance.
Will definitely return if on my route
Many back in sites with 4 pull through sites. We stayed in pull through site #3. Community fire ring! Lots to view! Only issue was trains blowing their horns during the night.
This isn't our typical "go to" type campground; we stopped here because we were having some trouble with our truck and needed to have it looked over before heading out further west. The RV park is really close to downtown Independence, Missouri and has everything we needed for the night. It's within walking distance of everything in town, has full hook-ups, wifi, bathrooms, and a laundry facility.
It is what you might expect for an RV park so close to downtown, a little lacking in outdoor aesthetics. But, the bathrooms were clean, the showers very hot, and the laundry room was tidy! Also, the manager was super nice and accommodating.
Independence has some cool stuff to check out and has a very midwestern, small-town feel to it, even though it is basically a suburb of the greater Kansas City area. There is a lot of charm and some interesting architecture in the immediate area. The Truman Library, the Community of Christ Church, the downtown theater and court house are all interesting and worth a look. We had some time to kill and made the rounds to these various places. If the weather would have been warmer, it would have been a very bikeable area, too.
