Right in the city
I love when cities offer a place like this to park overnight, even if it’s at an outrageous price. RVs can park at the event center parking lot for $50/night (or$65 if you want electricity). No water or dump station available. You’re basically paying to be close to town, or if you’re seeing a show at one of the nearby venues, to be able to just walk back to your bed after the show.
Lots to do in this cute town, lots of walking around and hanging out with tourists. These types of places are always a treat for me, since we don’t tow a car. It’s nice to be walking distance to some of these city activities.
There didn’t seem to be any length restrictions here. All the RVs wanting power were lined up along the side, and since we didn’t pay for power the attendant said we could park anywhere in the parking lot.
This is a city environment so you’ll definitely have road noise, train noise, and drunken fools on weekend nights. But it’s all part of the fun, right?
