Went last year for a family reunion so to speak. We stayed in a tent at a campsite. Campsites are not necessarily spaced out but adequate space for your tents, RVs, trucks, etc. Beautiful view of the water, however the beach is usually busy so it can be difficult to find a clean spot. Not too many shady areas so be sure to bring cover or shade if it’s a hot day! Has modern bathroom access and it usually pretty clean. Easy access to park and playground. Bike and walking trails can be accessed as well.

Good for a short, quick getaway for a short weekend.
