We stayed for a night in October in the Upper loop in an RV. There were no amenities or hook ups but we were able to use our generator between 8am and 8pm. There are tons of hiking trails nearby and the other campers were mainly all tent campers (and most didn't have cars) so we felt a little loud in our RV but maybe that's just because it was off season. Amazing secluded and private sites. Only giving it 4 stars because it was not really our scene. Seemed to be more serious hikers and backpackers.
