Pinewood has all of the basics covered. Great place to spend 1-3 nights under the stars. Hot showers were awesome (.25 cents per 3 minutes) and the stone fire pits were a hit. Pond was pretty dirty and you’ll be in close proximity to a shooting range and municipal airport (be wary of noise levels).

Relaxing by the river w ur family is the best way to go

Site was level, staff was awesome. They do have a dog park and plenty of things to do. Didn't like that you have to pay for hot water though.

Nice and quiet, here for a 3 night stay. 4 star because there are signs posted No dogs allowed on the road to the beach or other areas in the campground, limits walking. There is a dog park, though.

Well kept. Very quiet and peaceful

We were lucky enough to get a site by the pond. There was great views from our site of the pond. On the site there was also a path down to a little dock on the pond that you could sit and relax on.

Only used the bathroom occasionally and it was clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great campground for any type of camping, convenient to all kinds of shopping and touristy things, amazing campground staff, nice pond for fishing or swimming, lots of activities and celebrations for every age group. Two dogs parks are a huge benefit for us as well. This is an exceptionally well maintained campground. We’ll be back and would recommend it to anyone

Pinewood is always my go-to campground. Very quiet, very clean, and the workers are very personable and polite. Been going there since I was a small kid, they never disappoint.

Very quiet place, beautiful sites nice fireplaces bathrooms are close by and clean. Don’t care for the coin operating showers. Nice camp store and lots of activities for the kids.
