The campground is very nice and well maintained. The sites are adequate and provide plenty of space. There is a nice pool and camp store. Be aware that cell phone reception is dismal at best. The camp wifi is just okay, but gets congested easily.

The best thing about this campground is it’s location. It far enough from the traffic of Bar Harbor, but close enough for a quick and simple visit to Acadia. 

One note: be aware of skunks at night. They are everywhere in the campground.
