This rural private CG has permanent campers with open sites. Though CG has neat small pond and quite farmland surrounding it, it needs updating. Showers/restrooms are small, single use units. Office was not open when visited, soda machine available, small playground area. Town of Wapello just a few miles away for supplies, and plenty of wildlife areas nearby including Iowa River for fishing or paddling. May be a simply a overnight stay between your travels.
