Quiet with flies
Had a group camp here with every family getting their own site. We enjoyed how quiet the traffic was due to smaller camp ground size. It was close to a boat ramp for easy access to the lake. The bathrooms were well kept by the host with sinks, toilets, showers and a sink outside. There were tent and RV options. The electric sites all seemed to have a slant to them, probably tent too. During our stay (Labor Day) there were tons of flies and gnats, like annoyingly so. At one point there were a dozen flying around here and my husband. A bummer is that it's called sandy beach but the beach seems to be forgotten and overgrown. The other bummer is no good hiking or walking trails nearby, that we easily found anyway. We would probably come back to go with people but would not book again on our own.
