My wife and I went for a nice get away and we reserved a site ahead of time and when we arrived the site was taken by someone that hadn’t paid yet. They then offered us a site covered in broken chunks of concrete and no level ground for a tent. We asked if there were any other options since we had already paid and had driven an hour and a half to get there. The offered us a site on the lake that was nice but it was near the group sites and we had kids walking through our site all night and looking in our tent with flashlights. We complained and nothing was done. We left at 1am and were assured we would receive a refund and that never happened. Beautiful place. Brutal experience
