Super Convenient, Very Clean
The sites are varied, some quite exposed (for RVs and large campers), and others more nestled into the trees. Picnic tables, bear vaults, and fire pits abound. The trash does appear to have two broken latches (bear-proof no more), and needs emptying, but overall the site is great, located just off highway 33. The site host, Ellen, is great. I bought some firewood from her and asked about campground rules, and learned a ton about what I need to know going into grizz country. From what I understand, some sites are reservable, and others are first-come first-served. Be aware of that if you try to reserve through Recreation.gov
