Tight, cable does not work,
Don’t give many 3’s or less but feel this is warranted. Every interaction with the office we heard the statement “ I’m the only one here”. Office person was trying to work check-ins, store and bar. She was very nice and personable when able to help us.
Site 55 was very tight for our 30’ fifth wheel. Two campers came over and said they haven’t seen them put such a big unit in that site before.
A coax cable was sticking out of the ground next to the power and water. Easy to assume that this was the cable connection. Spent an hour going through cable wiring to no avail. The office sent the night manager over. He couldn’t understand why I hooked up to that coax and showed me a red box on the other side of the camper. I said I could connect that up and that he didn’t have to stay around. Still could not get cable to work. It was getting dark so I quit trying. Next morning I hooked a tv to the coax with no splitters involved. 12 channels out of 40 came up heavily pixilated. The coax connected to the red box was finger tight. I took it off and found dirt/corrosion on the threads. Wiped it clean, coax went on better with pliars and full cable was
completed. Lot of good it did us the night before.
Not every one night stand goes well but thankfully there are more 5’s and 4’s in life.
