Patty in the office refused to even speak to me on the phone because there was a person in the office. Wouldn't let me hold, didn't want me to call back. Then she ended up as my neighbor and told me where I could and couldn't put things on my lot so she could park her van. So customer service is definitely lacking. Laundry room is small and always full go to the laundry mat. Lots are not first come first served the do a lottery no matter what time you arrive, first it was at noon, then moved to 1, then to 2. So everyone that arrived after you has the same chance to get a coveted full hook up site. In the mean time you must pick a 30 amp no sewer site to wait for the lottery. They are hoping you don't want to move again. The truck to pump out your rig is impossible to book yet they pump themselves out next door daily as well as pumping out their friends every other day. Again such a lack of customer service in order to provide a better experience for the employees at the expense of the paying members. Ridiculous!
