I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in November 2021. I was right by the river and had an excellent view out my window. Very shady spots and plenty of space for long walks on the paths, along the river or across the street at the beach. I had 2 dogs & appreciated the doggy stations with poo bags and garbage. The wifi was kind of nonexistent at my site but it wasn’t missed since we were always outside on the dock, walking, or enjoying the restaurants that are literally right next to the campground. The dock is great for fishing and we met lots of friendly people. The pool looked decent but we didn’t use it because it was cold out. They have a cute little store but we didn’t have time to really check it out. It feels so remote there but it’s really close to local attractions. I can’t wait to go back!
