Hidden Old Florida Jewel

I'd like to give this place a bad review so that everyone stays away but I just can't.

This place has it all.

Small, Quaint, Quiet and Beautiful Waterfront.

Located on the Mud River but don't let the name fool you. This is a spring fed tidal tributary which means almost crystal clear, dolphins. manatees, aquatic birds and fish galore.

The sites are adequate some shaded , some not. Some have left hand utilities ( reason for for 4 stars instead of 5)

Beautiful river and 275" seawall. Boat ramp on site. Gulf access about 2 miles down.

Watch locals catch endless schools of mullet. Kayak the river and find a few hidden spring runs. Creek connects to Weeki Wachee river.

Watch the sunset on a deck with adirondack chairs.

Pet friendly Too

Priceless!!
