Nice campground in a beautiful area on the Gulf Coast. However, if you don’t like the sound of fighter jets then this may not be for you as the campground is directly across from the Naval Air Station at Pensacola. The Blue Angels practice there most Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the air show season. This is a good spot to base out of to explore Pensacola Beach, Ft Pickens. Beautiful sand beaches. Showers, laundry, fire rings, tables, and trees for shade in the heat of the day.
