Great campground

We stayed here for a week in January. The sites are all paved and back in. There is no sewer, but it looked like all sites had electric and water. Our site was really nice and had some trees behind it for privacy. There were trees overhead on our site which made it tricky getting in and out so we didn't scrape our AC units. The sites are spaced out nicely, although you can see your neighbors. Forest rangers drove through at least a couple times a day. They do lock the gates at night and you need a combo to get out, which is on the confirmation email. We got 6 OTA channels, but no major stations. AT&T had one bar and Verizon had 2. We were able to stream tv using Verizon. There is a large trail network with many hiking trails next to the campground. There are a lot of jeeps on the weekends, but it wasn't too noisy. The road can get dusty because of this. There was a prescribed burn several miles away while we were there and it was pretty smoky one morning. The road to the campground was dirt for about 2 miles and there were potholes, but it wasn't too bad. We really loved this campground and would definitely stay again if in the area.
