All site FHU. Site 13 is level with little shade. No laundry on site but little mall with laundromat, post office, 2 restaurants, Dollar General is nearby (we biked there). Bathrooms are clean. Springs are great - we watched blue crabs. There are manatees outside the area roped off for the park - you can swim with them.
