The site was clean and ready to go with water and electric. The hosts were kind and friendly, keep in mind this is pretty close to their home but still somewhat private. The camp toilet works in a pinch and the hot shower works great. Firewood is also available for purchase. We would recommend this site for easy access to the springs.
