100+ miles round-trip to the nearest gas station or grocery store, Cutthroat Campground was the perfect campground to get away for 5 nights. Cutthroat Campground is one of five campgrounds at Trappers Lake. The campgrounds are surrounded by the Flat Tops Wilderness Area and plenty of places to go hiking and fishing.  The nearest cell service is at Buford, which is a little over 50 miles round trip to the west. Spotty cell service is available around Ripple Creek Pass which is about a 30 mile round trip to the east.
