The confusing thing was there are a few campgrounds in the area with the name James M Robb. We stayed at the James M Robb Campground a few miles east of Palisade, Co.

We stayed in the C loop. The campground was in great shape and was well maintained. If you are seeking off the grid camping this is likely not the place for you. We had full hookups (water, sewer, power). The area had nice views with the Colorado River running along the side of the campground. We did some hiking on trails above Palisade and spent time at the wineries, cideries, breweries, and distilleries in Palisade and Grand Junction.

I would stay here again.
