Plenty of sites if you have a high clearance vehicle and can make it up ski road. All of the sites are awesome and have room for you to move around. We stayed Thursday-Monday and there were plenty of people every night. Close to Lyons and closish to estes. VERY close to longs peak which was perfect for us. Water is accessible if you have a filter. We did see regular cars driving up the road, however once you get past the first mile highly would not recommend anything other than high clearance.

The bugs were an issue for a few days, but mainly just flys.
