We dispersed camped a few hundred feet from the lake Hume trail head and it was an amazing experience. Watching the Sun rise over the lake was unforgettable and we were a short walk from the beach. There were cabins across the road which are probably busier during the summer months but we saw few cars and even fewer people. Camp Christian is a few minutes away if you need anything from the market or a proper bathroom.
