Pinto Lake is a small, but popular rv campground. It's a pretty lake. Nice view. Popular local fishing spot. Paddle boat rentals during the summer. There's no market, but there's one within walking distance just up the road, as well as Safeway about a mile toward town off Airport Blvd. The bathrooms are iffy. No hiking trails, but if you drive up Green Valley Rd about a mile, you'll find a second Pinto Lake Park run by Santa Cruz County where there's a hiking trail along that end of the lake, as well as a disc golf course, playground, and a newly installed pump track. (No campground at the County side. They are two different parks).
