Casino, populous, hot/dusty/beautiful
This place was an interesting little overnight The Dyrt added to our lives, tucked between the Grand Canyon and San Diego. It gets super hot here, and the RV park seemed 90+% filled with rigs outfitted with giant screen-porch exoskeletons. It was dumb luck that we selected a site in the 800's that lined up with the casino, where we could back in our trailer, leave our truck it attached & easily walk over to catch the ferry. Very much enjoyed the $4 round trip boat trip, seeing London Bridge, some gelato, etc. on the other side. In the morning, the RV office staffer swiftly and sweetly cleared up a smartphone booking error we'd made (and had tried in vain to fix, so we were thinking we'd be sticking paying for 2 nights). As we drove off, wild donkeys!
