We drove from Long Beach. It’s a little far to travel for a campground that doesn’t have cool trails, big trees or creeks or anything. It’s nicely kept, but it’s probably better if you are local. There was a drought this year and the place was all brown. However, on the way to Solvang it hit me that you could do wine tasting while staying here. Maybe I’ll be back with a different plan when the place is greener!
