DON'T follow your GPS, it took us down some sketchy path in Kings Canyon NP that led to some research facility... and the road was off-road and took it's toll on our car. Look for directions on your GPS to Hartland, and at that point there should be signs pointing you to Eshom Campground.

This campsite is packed deep into the woods, and is awesome! If you're looking to get away, this is the place to do it. Steve is the camp host and extraordinarily helpful. Ask him to show you were the clearing is to stargaze-->gorgeous view of the night sky. If you don't go to the clearing, the trees get in the way.

Water is pretty accessible, and facilities are alright.
