Great location, boat ramp is a plus, playground perfect for kiddos, easy black tank empty site as you leave. Only problem was that we booked a site without water hookups on site. I’m thankful there was a water spiquet nearby that we could use after we had already set up the camper. It took all of our hoses to reach it, but got the water tanks full and everything was fine. Would not recommend #31 for a 25ft camper but would be a great spot for a tent.
