Okay, it is Sepember and hotter than Hades, but the desert is still beautiful! This camp area is free, but it is also A box wash, meaning no amenities. There is a large flat area cleared off for folks to come in, RV, camper or tent camp...but little else. This was and still is a very popular area for 4 wheelers and the like. Pack in all you need, but there is a few small towns nearby if you must make a food or water run.
