GROUP CAMPING ONLY!! And honestly, not even worth it.

You need a 14-day notice to camp here. Don't bother trying to show up without notice and expect to be let in. Despite their HUGE campground, they will not accommodate quick overnight guests. Twice I've been turned away by very rude camp hosts. (Friends and I tried camping there while Oak Creek was closed in 2014). If everything else along Oak Creek is occupied go camp at Clear Creek or up to the dispersed camping near Lake Mary. Honestly, even if I had a great group, I'll take them elsewhere, their lack of hospitality ruined this once amazing campsite.
