Decent laundry room with a dozen washers and dryers. Hang out at the pool while clothes wash or dry. The staff and residents are the friendliest we've experienced. Still tho, ask for a pull through. Otherwise you will back up in a tight spot, next to a permanent park model home. Huge dog park is too big and needs to be fenced off into 4 separate areas.
