Tongass National Forest Lake No. 3 Campground sits within the old-growth forest of Tongass National Forest, on Prince of Wales Island in southeast Alaska. The Forest Service manages this established site, which stays open year-round. Nearby, Salmon Lake Cabin Thorne Bay provides an alternative base roughly six miles south.
