Nice spot for a layover, but not our cup of tea for a multi day visit. The parks is operated by the county. The sites are nice featuring picnic tables and grills. There is not a bath house here so you will need to be self contained. The utility pedestals are fancy and remind me of something that would be found on a dock at the marina. The park is pretty large, however we didn't do to much exploring due to hunting season and crummy weather. I get the idea that perhaps this area is used largely for hunting, as there was a lean-to with a device that would be used to hoist up a deer for cleaning.
