Nice backcountry campground, complete with privy and firepits, and just off the Pacific Crest Trail. Sign can be hard to find, so keep an eye out for it. Water is easy access from the creek. This is the perfect site for a medium sized group. Group cooking area with fire pit is great and there is a bear wire for hanging food. Lots of flies when we visited in August, working the day shift , so bring your bug spray. Cost=free! Permit required from NOCA Wilderness Information Center in Marblemount.
