Quite a gem in pretty much the middle of nowhere

We have a 36’ Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed in site 45 for 4 days in early May. The sites have typical spacing for a private CG, but most are decently sized and angled so you’re not looking in your neighbor’s windows. The CG has made more changes since our last visit 2 years ago, including new deluxe cabins that are nearly finished. The West bathhouse has open air showers(in season), which is a really nice touch. They’re covered in plexiglass in the colder months. The bathhouses are the nicest we’ve seen most anywhere, not just at a campground. The office/lodge building has a nice covered outdoor area with two large gas fire pits, free coffee, fruit and muffins in the morning if you’re so inclined. They also have a“drive-in” theater with vintage cars you can sit in to watch the movies that are shown Thursday-Sunday and free popcorn too. The staff is awesome, very friendly, helpful and very communicative. They even sell a few Dinner Kits and several Cocktail Kits(except on Sundays& holidays- Utah Laws).

AT&T coverage was good, with 3 Bars of LTE service and speeds up to about 10 MB/s. There were few tall trees, so we were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. We didn’t use the CG WiFi as we had an unobstructed view to the North and so had great Starlink coverage, with speeds up to 17 MB/s. We didn’t try the OTA antenna this time, but had 37 OTA channels last visit with our fixed omni antenna.

No issues with sewer, though it was a little challenging to get the sewer elbow in tight, as the receptacle was somewhat recessed and a fair distance from our black tank.
