We stayed here as Trillium Lake was full. You can hear trucks from the highway and Frog Lake itself is rather unimpressive truthfully, but it was quiet and the vault/pit toilets were the cleanest I've ever used. The camp guests were quiet and respectful, which made it worth it. I'm not sure things would have been as quiet at Trillum. Plus, all the sites are pretty large (ours had two tables) which was great. I think it's a great option if you want proximity to some of the destinations in Mt. Hood without all the people. :)

Also, no service with T-Mobile and no campfires right now due to restrictions.
