Fine for an overnight

We stayed for an overnight which was fine. It’s basically an unshaded gravel lot without much going on. They boast a club house with a hot tub and the game of pool—but the hot tub was in disrepair. They have a greenhouse but didn’t have anything going on inside it except some seating. There is laundry available but we didn’t take advantage of it.

Because we had our AC running we didn’t hear all the traffic on one side and the train on the other. The sites were pull through and big enough to not even unhook. Close to your neighbor, but not too cramped. Lots of folks seem to live here.

Claimed to have WiFi but we couldn’t connect to it once. That was a bummer. Didn’t try with the cable.

Showers and toilets available and we’re in fine condition.

Ultimately it’s not great, for the price, but it’s fine. It’s next to several options that all feel way more expensive than they should be for a stop over—but it’s too hot to boo dock without AC.

We spent about $30 for the night. Sunrise RV park next door was $20 but no one was available to give us bathroom codes so we had to go elsewhere.

Verizon kind of worked, ATT worked well.
