This KOA was just okay and I probably wouldn't return if in the area again. It looks like an older KOA and the spots were tight and the roads were narrow. Most of the sites were also unlevel. The pond was nice and usually had birds around it, but I wouldn't pay extra to have a'pond view'. They had a little fenced in dog area that was nice, but people didn't pick up after their dogs(not the KOAs fault). It's about a mile to the beach and 3-4 miles to the downtown area so the location is convenient. We camped at St. Augustine Beach KOA Holiday in a Fifth Wheel.
