My place is in a great location all activities, and close to westworld, dynamite roping, cave creek, carefree and McDowell preserve.

Camp in the desert on a private fishing pond. Keep what you catch! Bring your toys as there is plenty of BLM land to explore! I can handle any size RV. I have one RV spot with a 30 amp hookup and water. And 1 RV spot that the RV has to be self contained. I have 1 camping spot near the pond to pitch your own tent and you would need to bring your own camping toilet. Water is available in each area. No swimming allowed and children under 12 must wear a life vest when around the pond or anyone else that cannot swim. There is a lot of rocks and vegetation near the pond that people can easily trip over.

The property is just 10 miles from beautiful Lake Pleasant and in the thick of prime hiking and miles of UTV roads. Do you prefer quieter activities? Contemplate nature in Hell’s Vinyard – where we have begun the process of renovating the 100-year-old vines or just sit by the pool. We are working hard to create a place for others to retreat and escape the city.

Owners Kevin & Scott have been best friends for years and when this property came up, they knew it would be a great fit for two creative movie producers who love camping, hiking, and shooting. They are dedicated to developing Happy Endings Retreats’ 100 acres as an affordable place for people to enjoy the outdoors. You are sure to enjoy yourself and you won’t believe the view!

Pinnacle Farms South is located in the city of Phoenix at a historic citrus orchard at the base of the fertile South Mountain. Originally a citrus orchard homesteaded from adobe bricks in the 1930's, Pinnacle Farms is now a secluded oasis in the desert close to downtown, the airport and all of the SOMO activities, like Taco Tuesday at the Corona Ranch, Volleyball nights and happy hour at the nearby Gila River Casino and the Silver Pony. Join us for a relaxing weekend to decompress and enjoy the sounds of the rooster and the working farm sounds. We offer 2 camper rentals, Bohemian Hideaway and Groovy Terry Trailer which have all the amenities of a fixed camper, but outdoor shared facilities like showers, kitchen and toilets. We also offer two tent sites where you bring your own tents. And one RV site. You bring the RV, we can provide a 30 amp hook up, water and a dump site, but please plan to arrive empty and only dump what you have to. We also have the Redbird Room, a private room with a private bathroom and a fully self contained Pinnacle Farms apartment available for longer term stays. Sorry, no discounts for monthly stays on the RV sites. Best place to stay in the Phoenix metro area for a monthly stay is Lake Pleasant RV, or Desert's Edge, but they both book up for the winter, so make reservations early!

## Overview

Cave Creek Group Site is located 20 miles north of Cave Creek and Carefree, Arizona. It is a historic campground constructed in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). This site is a short drive from the blistering heat of Phoenix offering cooler temps, a clear running creek, and plentiful shade to relax and enjoy nature. With food prep areas, grills and covered picnic tables, you're all set for a weekend with your loved ones you'll never forget!

## Recreation

At this site you'll enjoy camping, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, sightseeing, exploring, bird and wildlife viewing, and there is even a game area for volleyball and horseshoes.

## Facilities

There are 12 picnic tables, three central grills, a covered food prep area and one serving table. The tables are stoneware consisting of deep crimson jasper interspersed with common fieldstone. There are also two large covered ramadas, four benches, a game area, campfire area, vault toilets, and trash service.

## Natural Features

This group campsite is nestled in a narrow valley of juniper and sycamore trees providing abundant shade. Water flowing through seven springs is minimal and only several inches in depth. The area has one large open camping area and a nearby trailhead offering access to over 48 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Bring your camera during springtime to get photos of the desert wildflowers in bloom. 

## Nearby Attractions

Across the road, Cave Creek trailhead offers over 48 miles of hiking trails - great for overnight backpacking trips. Bronco Trailhead further south, offers parking for 40 vehicles plus trailers and six horse pens. Just seven miles south is Sears-Kay ruin. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this site features the remains of an ancient Native American tribe's hilltop village. For spectacular scenic views take Forest Road 562 to Humboldt Mountain. Or, you can simply stay on site and observe nature and hunt for crawdads in the nearby creek.

The Heritage District is home to our weekly Farmer’s Market, a bike trail along the canal, splash pad, parks, restaurants, breweries, cocktail lounges, bars, and shopping. This area is known for being safe, friendly, and very walkable. The RV spot is a 0.3 mile walk to a fish taco shop, a cocktail lounge and an art gallery, 0.4 mile walk away from the Farmer’s Market, the nearest ice cream shop and a historic BBQ restaurant, 0.5 mile walk to a performing arts venue, a dog friendly brewery with a dog “spaw”, and an arcade!
