Choose between any of our RV Sites, Cabins, or RVs and book your stay with us today! The Trails is family owned and sits on acreage that has been with Dean’s family since the 1950s. It’s easy to see what makes the land so special as soon as you enter the RV park. The Trails at Lavender Road is more than just a place to park your RV for the night. We are a community full of many great people who enjoy nature and appreciate the simple things in life. Conveniently located north of Tyler, TX and accessed easily off Interstate 20, our park is close enough to Tyler, Lindale, and Longview to fulfill your city needs, while also providing the perfect country getaway. Our park is surrounded by a variety of large trees, including beautiful East Texas pines, providing plenty of shade and separation from the interstate nearby. The rolling hills of East Texas allow for many great vantage points across our property. Dean, our Park Manager, is available on-site 24/7. Dean is always willing to help and greet guests upon their arrival. Treating guests like family is our number one priority and we do so in a comfortable, country setting. We’ve built a bathhouse and laundromat available for all guests to use. The walk-in showers are oversized, the bathrooms are always clean, and the laundromat is always open because we know sometimes it’s nice to have space away from the RV. Feel free to walk the beautiful 25-acre property or let your dog off the leash inside our brand-new dog park.

This will mean closer encounters with the weather and with sounds of wildlife. Maybe coyotes howling at evening in the creek. You may be kept awake by the sound of wind in the trees or song birds. Sunrise will come and be noticed much earlier when living outdoors. We try to do our best to prevent unfavorable conditions and have implemented many extra measures to ensure you a wonderful stay This is just our disclaimer, so you have been fair warned. :-)
