Wrongly warned

Stayed 4 nights, campground is well maintained. Check in went smothly. RV spots are on concrete and level. So glad we already had a water regulator. We were told as we were checking in that we definitely needed one due to pressure being 90psi. Campground is about an hour and 15 minutes from The Grand Tetons. Not worth the drive for the amount of money it is to stay at this campground. The patios and grass area at RV sites are plush but if you have dogs you can't put up dog fencing. The dog play area had 1 bench for owners to sit. The gate for the dog park was very loosely secured. No water hose or faucet available to get water for your dog while at dog park. We had neighbors that complained about our dogs playing to loudly. Then, on our last night we were doing some pre packing to leave the campground the next morning. It was 8:40pm and we heard a knock at our door, the dogs were being quiet and we weren't expecting anyone. Went to the door and it was an employee from the campground to tell us that we had our outside lights on. I was confused and asked the man what time it was? He said it's 8:45. Then, to confirm, I asked what time we had to have the lights turned off the outside and he said 10pm was quiet time and all lights should be off. I assured him we had read the rules and we knew we had to have the lights off by 10pm and we also knew when quiet time started, and that we were planning on having the lights off before then. We weren't doing anything wrong so why in the world did he come to our RV to tell us our lights were on as if we were doing something wrong. Felt unwelcomed, our money is as good as anyone else's. Very RUDE!

Beautiful location

Gorgeous views in a fairly quiet setting. If you’re near the playground the kids are having fun and it gets loud. It is not a resort, it doesn’t have any amenities in terms of club house area with games, no pool, can’t get to the river to play. It is a steep embankment down. Clean, free bathrooms and they need twice as many as they have for the number of campsites. Spacious sites. Very expensive! Easy access to Jackson and Tetons.

Perfect pre-season stay

AVR was our home base while visiting Grand Teton and Jackson. The park is modern in every respect with large, well landscaped grounds, excellent wi-fi, and clean, private bathrooms. And the setting is gorgeous, surrounded by mountains and adjacent to the Snake River.

Highly recommended +++

Full Circle of Mountains

Absolutely lovely resort. Still under some construction, but not much of an inconvenience. Staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating. Affordable laundry, clean bathrooms, and BEAUTIFUL views. Each site has full hookups, a fire pit, and a dinette set. Also, they have a trash system going, where they’ll pick up trash for you (which is really nice not having to lug a bag to the dumpster). Excited to see what else they do to the park over the next few years.

Great new RV park

This is a brand new still under construction RV park with amazing views in all directions. They have great water pressure and very good WIFI. A little construction noise during the day as the build stage two. The snake river is just behind the park with a grocery store and subway next door. Will be an outstanding park when finished. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars... highly recommended!

Gravel parking lot, under construction

This campground might be a 4 star place in about 5 years. Currently, it is a big open gravel lot, very dusty, construction work all day long with big heavy machinery to move rock and lay dirt where they will plant soft landscaping. I imagine the trees will not provide any shade for years and this parking lot is in direct sun. We found nails and screws, cigarette butts and dog food at our "site". They offer a table and metal stacking chairs at each site, but i could not imagine eating a meal there; the dust does not settle. There is a construction restroom trailer parked here that is clean, but wreaks of sewage and has no water pressure for the showers. At $100/night peak season, $75/night fall and winter, the price is just plain unreasonable. There really should be a deep discount for the construction phase. The ladies working in the temporary office trailer are very nice and the wifi is great. There is an awesome new grocery store in the adjoining parking lot. They claim to be upfront about construction going on, but this is literally a construction site that they are trying to pass off as a campground. It is not ready for guests.

Friendly staff and somewhat close to Jackson Hole and GTNP

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and needed a place to dump, do laundry, take on fresh water and visit Jackson Hole and GTNP after a week of boondocking outside of Pinedale and this place fit the bill. We would have liked to be closer to Jackson Hole, but pickins are slim in the area and things book up quickly. This is a new CG and is still under construction, as they have been delayed due to concrete shortages and many of the sites have uneven surfaces around the parking pad, so be careful. Construction noise wasn’t quite as bad as previously noted while we were there. And as others have said, since this isn’t a“resort” yet, it would have been nice if they offered a lower rate until construction is finished. It does look like it will be a nice CG when finished. We stayed in site 30 for 5 days in late July. The sites all looked very level and are decently sized for a private CG. There is a little road noise from US-89, but not excessive. AT&T coverage was good, ranging from 2-3 Bars of LTE with service up to 8.5 MB/s. The CG WiFi was also quite good, with antennas spaced every other site with speeds up to 7.5 MB/s. We were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were 7 OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna.

There is a nice, new, large grocery store right next door, but their liquor selection is rather limited. There is also a nice, new hot springs, Astoria, between Alpine and Hoback Junction.
