Best RV park around salt lake
Lovely campground with great showers, toilet and pool/hottub for a good price.

Just South of Ogden with all your city amenities but tucked away in a quiet river setting. Lots of space, Full hookups and nice landscaping. No River view but you can go fishing or they say you can tube or wade in it. Shallow for the most part. Noisy jet air planes during the day on and off but very cool to see.
The place was nice and new. There is a dog park area and access to a trail which runs along the river. There is a lot of noise from the interstate and the nearby Air Force base. The only issue we had was that the street lights in the resort were super bright at night. We're glad there wasn't one above our spot!
This is a new park that is beautfully located along the weber river. It has a walking trail that was so calm and peaceful. The store is so cute. Sites are a good size. Long pull through sites available. Pool looks beautful and pickleball court was fun to play in.
Would recommend
Well maintained and fairly new but it is not a place for “outside” campers. The interstate is 20 yards from the first row of sites. It was constant traffic noise 24/7. Sometimes it would slow up a little bit so that you could hear the airplanes flying overhead, or the train going by on the track that are 30 yards away as well.….. So that was nice. LOL. The campground was filled with mostly large 5th wheels and it may be okay for those type of campers who just stay in their camper all of the time, but it is not the place for a camper with an outside kitchen, or people who like to be outdoors when you camp. It was also 100 degrees each day we were there so that didn’t help the situation. There are zero shade trees and the majority of the site face south so there is no shade on the camp side of your camper in the afternoon or evening. I know that I sound like a Karen but these are all facts. I’d pass on this place unless you really like city noise when you camp.
This is a very cozy campground and we stayed one night. Sites are asphalt and VERY long & level—with a strip of grass and some rock gravel.
The campground was clean and well maintained. There’s a walking trail that runs along the Weber river and a dog run on the eastern part of the property. Laundromat on site and I believe a pool & hot tub during the right season. Even though this campground was tight & busy, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
We had 30 / 50a options, WiFi, water & sewer at our site. We booked our site under an hour before showing up. There is a key code to get into the grounds, just past the front office & store.
Overall this is a great little place to stay if visiting the local cities as it’s right off the highways and makes commutes quick and effortless.
The only thing I didn’t like— the security/motion lights are stadium-bright and when they turn on & off in the middle of the night it is so hard to adjust your eyes back to the dark—which feel unsafe— but I also felt so guilty walking my dog at night and those super-bright lights shining into my neighbor’s rigs—thought I did not notice these light when I was back in my own camper.
The park is brand new so the facility’s and roads are great but unfortunately it’s near an airport so it was pretty loud.
It is a lovely place. Nice patch of grass at the site. River and walking trail just steps away from all sites. Would be nice if the dog park was finished. There are other amenities that are planned to be available, but are not available yet. It is a very pretty place with the mountain backdrop. Lovely sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful.
Beautiful area! Great staff!
