Tucked away & quiet

4x4 is definitely the best way to get to this Lake. The road is not well maintained. However it's absolutely worth it once you get there. An opportunity for fishing (night fishing is best). Make sure to bring plenty of firewood and drinking water as there is no water source other than the lake up here. I find there usually always is a camping spot available. not too many folks come up here.

Summit lake

A very beautiful and relaxing area. Road coming from the south and wrapping around the lake is best driven with a 4x4 vehicle. The lake has plenty of opportunities such as boating, paddle boarding, hiking, camping. The camp sites are close to the dusty road and are far and few. Definitely a spot to come back too. Wet weather could cause problems on the road in the off season
